Letter to school authorities regarding poor Marks

Sir,

My son {Name}        ,grade IX,  student of {School Name} , MoE Licence number JX, cbse affiliation number : 99999999,  got very poor marks in the first term examination. 

We have paid all the fees on time. 

We have purchased all the text books and note books as per your direction. 

We have sent him every day to school on time . Since your school transport is not safe, I am doing the pick and drop. 

As per your directions, we have not interfered with the administration of the school.

We have followed all your directions time to time.

Inspite of  all this he got very poor marks is perplexing. 

While you insist us not to worry about the corruption in  school administration, you have a duty to deliver good results. 

Education is a fundamental right of every citizen and me as a parent has a duty to ensure that my children gets good education as long as he is a minor. 

Also, the law mandates every citizen to be vigilant and report any crime or corruption to ensure public good. 

so I can no longer remain a mute spectator. 

 The main issues in my opinion is 

 You are not disclosing if there is enough teachers. 

 You are not disclosing the qualifications of the teachers. 

 You are not disclosing if the degrees are fake or attested. 

 You are not conducting any remedial classes. 

 You are not implementing any learning management system.

 My son is your student from nursery and till date, but not a single remedial class is taken till date. I am afraid the quality of education in the school is reducing day by day. 

 I request authorities to do your duty and ensure quality education is provided. 

 To Principal, 

 1. Kindly ensure qualified and talented teachers. 

 2. Kindly  ensure enough teachers are available. 

 3. Kindly ensure quality of education.

 4. Kindly conduct remedial classes

 5. Kindly discontinue whatsapp and implement good learning management software.

 6. Kindly appoint safe transportation provider for school bus.  

 To Observers from Embassy , 

 1. Kindly ensure recruitment is done transparently and qualified candidates are appointed on merit. 

 2. Kindly ensure good teachers are  given good work environment and transparent administration. 

 3. Kindly attend Management committee meetings. 

 4. Kindly ensure rules of MoE, MoL, MoI,  CBSE are followed 

  To Patron,

 1. Kindly ensure the rules you issue are followed. 

 2. Kindly apply constitutional morality in your acts.

 To chairman, cbse

 1. Kindly ensure the rules issued by cbse are followed. if you cannot ensure them, please don't issue circulars. we are believing in your circulars and entrust the safety of our children on you, but I am afraid, you are not taking any effort in ensuring them. 

 To Chief Vigilance Officer , MEA, India, 

 1. Kindly ensure the patron and observer from embassy ,  follow constitutional morality and are following rule based administration. 

 2. kindly ensure that the audits are done on time and issues pointed out in audit are fixed in interest of school. 

 3. Kindly ensure that the observer attends all school managing committee meetings.
