RTI to CBSE to ensure quality of education
Subject: Information regarding actions taken by CBSE to improve educational standard of { School Name }, CBSE affiliation number {Affiliation Number} as of date of reply of this RTI application.
Please provide the following information

1. Day to day progress of the above representation and copy of actions taken so far.
2. Whether cbse gave any reply to the parent. ?
3. Whether CBSE has ensured that { School Name } has enough teachers.
4. Whether CBSE has ensured that the qualifications of the teachers is as per requirement?
5. Whether CBSE has ensured that the degrees of teachers are genuine or attested.
6. Whether CBSE has ensured the conducting of any remedial classes.as required.
7. Whether CBSE has ensured that the School bus service approved by { School Name } is having the required safety and hygiene standards?
8. Whether CBSE has ensured that the rules and circulars issued by cbse are being followed in { School Name }.
9. List of actions taken by cbse in past three years to ensure quality of education and qualification of teachers and required working days and instructional hours of { School Name }

ccopy of reports filed by school in past 3 years and name of officers who verified such reports and took any action on them

5. (3) Every Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, shall deal with requests from persons seeking information and render reasonable assistance to the persons seeking such information.

As per section 6(3) of the RTI act 2005, In case, the requested information is held by another public authority, I request the PIO to transfer the application or part of it within FIVE days and immediately inform me about such transfer
As per section 7(3) of the RTI act 2005, In case there are further fee required to provide the requested information, I request the PIO to inform me of the additional fee amount along with the calculations made to arrive at the amount at the earliest so that information can be provided within time limit.
If the PIO deems fit to apply any of the exemption of section 8, kindly provide detailed explanation how the exemption is attracted to each piece of information.
