Dear Sir/Madam
Refer to the captioned matter in the above subject and attached copy of school mandatory public disclosure wherein following information are not disclosed by the school in accordance with APPENDIX IX.
*Under Part B:
1) At Sl. No. 2, renewal of trust i.e. Letter for extension of school management committee is not
disclosed.
Since tenure of present trust, SMC was finished in December 2021 and school must update with the letter of approval for extension of the trust.
2) Sl. No. 7 is missing in mandatory disclosure and copy of DEO certificate is not disclosed.
In this matter, it has been found that observer of school from embassy is served as DEO and his signed copy must be disclosed by the school.
*Under part C:
1) Sl. No. 1, given Fee Structure details are not approved by the education department of state and copy of revised fee approval letter must be uploaded.
2) Sl. No. 4 of appendix-ix is not disclosed by the school.
In addition to above, school principal also failed to upload new amended copy of Unified Service Rule2020 on school website since 2020.
So far only two Annual reports are displayed on school website for 2019 which is without important SMC decision and school fee revision.
There is no annual report for 2018 and 2020 and 2021 which shows violation of Clause 14.5 of CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws-2018 and school principal is not following the various norms of CBSE with true spirit.
After my complaint in CBSE dated 28.01.2022, school published annual report on 13.02.2022 which hide many information as I highlighted above.
Therefore, I request to the Board /Affiliation Unit/Section Officer to direct the school to disclose the missing information at the earliest because present SMC members whose tenure is already expired and they still part of SMC without receiving any letter individually regarding their extension of membership in SMC.
#Important Note#:
Since it is the responsibility SMC and Higher to monitor or seek explanation or resolve the grievances but they are not bothering or worried as they are nominated by the embassy and not elected by the parents.
