Complaint regarding drug trafficking by students of XXX School, MoE Licence number XX, CBSE affiliation number: 99999.
Sir,
Kindly refer to the attached news published by Malayalam News in which it is reported that Many Indian students, mainly from schools under the patronage of the ambassador of XXX in XXX, are in jail in narcotic cases.
The news says that some other country mafia is operating with XXX community schools as the centre and has trapped many Indian students as members in the chain.
I have many times warned about this anti national mafia, that is controlling the XXX embassy and thereby the schools for their anti national activities. In revenge for my attempts to inform the authorities and informing the parent community, this mafia even put me in jail for 100 days, through a fabricated complaint impersonating the embassy.
During the period of shri. Hameed Ali Rao, as patron of Indian schools, put in a transparent and democratic system of electing the members of the Managing council. Though the Higher board still remained a puppet , they were much more knowledgeable and representative.
When Mr. XXX took charge of the Indian Schools , as observer, He discontinued the elections, first by imposing arbitrary conditions of eligibility and then by introducing nominations.
When Mr. XX took over, he reduced the higher board to pure puppets and all the elections to managing council were done away with and replaced the nomination as an opaque process where parents will know about the Managing council members, only after they took charge in the schools. Before we could know the name and brief history of candidates so that any suspected mafia affiliates or of moral turpitude could be reported to competent authorities. .
The observers who followed as done away with the remaining representative nature of the higher board and the situation now is that the parent community is afraid of the schools and embassy and no one is now willing to even apply to be a member of the managing council. For example, Even after advertising for the Third time, only two positions out of seven are filled in the managing council of XXX.
During this period, many people who raised their voices or did not cooperate with this mafia were targeted and eliminated
In 2016, Mr. Basheer, who objected to handing over school bus service to the mafia was terminated and accused in a theft case, which ultimately the embassy lost.
Mrs. XXX Teacher was expelled from XXX on fictitious grounds, while even the USR was modified to make the suspected fraud and fake degree holder Mrs. XXXX as Principal.
Mr. XXXX was threatened with police for questioning the widespread corruption, which he ultimately bowed down and sent his children to India.
The embassy tried to harass Mr. XXX , former chairman of IiS {} by writing letters to his employer to terminate him and also threatening him to put in jail like Dominic, which ultimately made him quiet.
Mr. XXX, from IIS {} is still alive, even after the embassy tried to expel his children from school, and tried to implicate him in many police cases, even on the day of arrival of the current Patron to the {}.
The community leaders of the children who are now in jail , were threatened in 2020 by Mr. XXX of dire consequences and made them quiet, but they are now witnessing children of their community trapped by mafia, addicted and now in jail.
I was previously thinking that this mafia is only interested in making money for their operations and accommodating their affiliates in various jobs in the safe haven of the embassy. but recently I had to change my understanding.
Last week, I attended the XXXX to visit the teachers of my children. I was suspecting that the teachers were not qualified as I observed the poor quality. While interacting with individual teachers, I came to the startling realization that all teachers , except for malayalam, teaching my children in UKG and Grade 3 are not qualified. Some don't have any teaching degree and Some don't have any attested degree certificates. This is in addition to the mayhem and corruption in administration which I have tried to list out in trailing mails, though not exhaustive.
Daniel Prelipcean, well known physicist once said,

It only requires lowering the quality of education and allowing cheating in the examinations by the students.* The patient dies in the hands of such doctors And the buildings collapse in the hands of such engineers And the money is lost in the hands of such accountants And humanity dies in the hands of such religious scholars And justice is lost in the hands of such judges *The collapse of education is the collapse of the nation*
I am now convinced that this anti national mafia controlling the embassy and the schools are aiming at the destruction of our country.
The important issues that need to be sorted out to contain the mafia activities in schools is to
Replace all non indian or non saudi staff , employed in bus service and in school staff whether outsourced or inhouse.
Ensure proper contract with . Bus Service and Labor supplying companies .
Ensure Proper attendance and monitoring system in school and in bus so the parents could be alerted if their children did not reach the school, or are abused in buses.
Publish the list of candidates to the Managing council and higher board and their brief before they are confirmed so that the parents can report any objection.
Replace all unqualified staff with qualified staff.
Ensure that the existing rules are followed and the embassy stop assisting the mafia.
I hope the authorities will wake up from their slumber and do something.
