  15. Records such as ‘completion plans’ and ‘as built drawings’, works history registers and grants register, deposit register, register of securities, schedule of work expenditure, register of advance of projects executed for construction/remodelling of and maintenance of SWDs
  16. Reports and records regarding action taken to ensure buffer zone on either side of primary, secondary and tertiary drains and putting in place boundary marks for such descriptions as per the statutory provisions and NGT directions.
  17. The Current Master Plan of the drains and boundary markings.
  18. Reports of action taken regarding encroachment of drains/rivers as well as construction in buffer zone.
  19. List of identified encroachments and status of action taken.
