1. Please provide all information regarding records, reports and Funds received from Union Government for cleaning or desilting of rivers, drainages, and flood preventive measures under your jurisdiction in the past 9 financial years
2. Performance Audit of management of Storm Water Drains
3. Performance audit of cleaning or desilting of rivers
4. Performance audit of Disaster Management programs.
5. Performance audit of flood preventive measures
6. Requests of State Government for Release of funds under National Disaster Relief Fund and records of action taken.
7. Requests of State Government for Release of funds under Jawaharlal Nehru National Rural Mission and records of action taken  
8. Requests of State Government for Release of funds under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) and records of action taken  
9. Policy governing storm water management

14. Current SWD manual specifying the design, construction, and maintenance of the SWD infrastructure.
15. Records such as ‘completion plans’ and ‘as built drawings’, works history registers and grants register, deposit register, register of securities, schedule of work expenditure, register of advance of projects executed for construction/remodelling of and maintenance of SWDs
16. Reports and records regarding action taken to ensure buffer zone on either side of primary, secondary and tertiary drains and putting in place boundary marks for such descriptions as per the statutory provisions and NGT directions.
17. The Current Master Plan of the drains and boundary markings.
18. Reports of action taken regarding encroachment of drains/rivers as well as construction in buffer zone.
19. List of identified encroachments and status of action taken.
