Sub: change in particulars of a land in revenue records

Sir,

·        I has land with survey number {survey number} in {name of village} village as per tandaper number {tandaper number} . Recently, I have noticed that particulars of my land has changed in revenue records. When I try to pay the tax, the village officer is not allowing.  I would like to know all information on how pariculars of my land got changed in the revenue records.

Kindly provide me copy of all information especially,

·        1. copy of TP register regarding the above land as existed on {date of last tax paid}

2. copy of TP register regarding the above land as exists today

  3. copy of BTR register regarding the above land as existed on {date of last tax paid}

4. copy of BTR register regarding the above land as exists today

5. certified copy of the files through which the particulars of the land in revenue records were changed from {date of last tax paid}

6. How the government determined that particulars of the land need to be changed?, please provided complete correspondance and orders from {date of last tax paid}

·        7. What were the safeguards taken to make sure the decision was not arbitrary and not misuse of official position as public servant?

·        8. Whether any notice was issued to me before the particulars of the land was changed? please provide copy of all notices and despatch register page

·        9. Name , designation and copy of service book of all officers involved in changing the particulars of the land .

·        10. Copy or backup of the computerised database before the particulars of the land was changed

11. copy of the survey sketch of this land {survey number} as existed on {last tax paid date}

12. copy of the files through which changes were made to the survey sketch of this land {survey number} since {last tax paid date}
