Sub: removal of voter ID information from ECI website

Sir,

·        I was a voter with Voter ID ABCD999999. Recently, I have noticed that my voter id information is no longer in the database of ECI. When I try to register as a user in https://www.nvsp.in/Account/Register, it is saying the voter id number is not correct.  I would like to know all information on how my voter id details was removed from the website of ECI.

Kindly provide me copy of all information especially,

·        1. How the government determined that my voter id is to be removed from the website of ECI?

·        2. What were the safeguards taken to make sure the decision was not arbitrary and not misuse of official position as public servant?

·        3. Whether any notice was issued to me before removing the voter id information from the website or database?

·        4. Copy of complete file including file notes regarding removal of my voter id details  from the website or database.

·        5. Name and designation of all officers involved in removing my my voter id details  from the website or database .

·        6. Copy or backup of the database before the removal and date on which my details were removed from website

Note: Please provide the copy of requested information on a CD/DVD. If only hard copy can be provided, please provide certified copy
