2. What is the composition of the CVC? In terms of the provisions made in the CVC’s Act, the Commission shall consist of a Central Vigilance Commissioner [Chairperson] and not more than two Vigilance Commissioners [Members]. Presently, the Commission is a three member Commission consisting of a Central Vigilance Commissioner and two Vigilance Commissioners.
