Documents for successful Second Appeal or Complaint

1.     The applicant or the appellant keep the following documents   safe:-

a.      Copy of application.

b.      Copy  of Indian Postal Order/ dd/ treasury challan/payment receipt.

c.      Copy of registered postal acknowledgement of Indian  Postal  Department./ receipt by PIO / sign of PIO on copy of application / email

d.     Copy of    reply letter sent by State Public Information  Officer/Central Public Information Officer.

e.     Copy of the first appeal letter.

f.        Copy of the acknowledgement of the registered post of the Indian Postal Department  of the first  appeal  .

g.     Copy of reply letter sent   to the applicant  by First Appellate Officer  .

h.      Copy  of second appeal letter / online submission.

i.        Copy of  registered  postal  acknowledgement of Indian Postal Department (Service) for  dispatching second appeal / online dak receipt  .

j.        Copy  of affidavits  submitted/forwarded by the applicants  to the Information Commission.

k.       Original copy of  notices sent to the applicant and appellant by Information Commission
