Influencing superior authority for furtherance of interest.— No Government servant shall direct or attempt to bring any political or other outside influence to bear upon any superior authority for the furtherance of his interest. Explanaiion:—A Government servant causing his own case to be made the subject of an interpellation in the Legislature contravenes this rule.
