Several instances of Government servants approaching M.Ps., M.L.As., Members of political parties etc., for the ,redrassel of their grievances have come to the notice of Government. The Heads of Departments are requested to draw the attention of all the officers and staff working under them to Rules 59 and 82 of the Kerala Government Servants' Conduct Rules, 1960 and to impress upon them that approaching MRs., M.L.As. and Members of political parties for the redressal of their grievances is against the provisions of the Kerala Government Servants' Conduct Rules mentioned above and will be viewed seriously. - A.
