Civil Procedure Code, 1908, Section 100 - Second appeal - Suit for declaration of title and confirmation of possession over suit land - Dismissal of the plaintiff's appeal in a property dispute case - Plaintiff has to stand on his own leg and can not take benefit from any lacunae of case of defendants - There is any misconstruction or misreading of documents so far as length and width of suit land or its map and boundary are concerned - Both Courts below have discussed at length the documentary evidence to arrive at their respective finding which, in no way, can be said to be perverse - Concurrent findings of Courts below should not ordinarily be disturbed by this Court under Section 100 of CPC unless same is against law or findings are perverse on account of being completely against evidence on record - Appeal dismissed at stage of admission itself.
