I am ............ ............ , I came here on 05-June-2005 to work as ............ and since two months, I am without job and my sponsor is not paying me any salary for two months. the sponsor want me to return to India, until he need me again. he will not provide me ticket as I returned to uae only in last January. He left me in this home alone and I have no money left for food. I am surviving off food provided by neighbours. I have ... months rent due. and my employer is not helping me. kindly provide emergency assistance from Indian community welfare fund for food and accommodation and kindly provide a flight ticket to go to Kozhikode Airport at the earliest .

Affidavit, application form, passport, visa, residence permit are attached.
