People who lost jobs, and staying without salary, came on visit or business visa etc., those who need money for immediate medical treatment, those who need money to pay lawyers, etc should submit an application immediately to the Indian embassy or consulate near you for assistance from Indian Community Welfare fund. If you are dont have enough funds to meet your immediate needs, You can ask for assistance for accommodation, food, medical, legal and travel, Air Ticket to your home in India.
How to apply?
Prepare an email describing your situation and fill up the below form and attach in email or

For Riyadh attach passport copy and visa copy also, if you have
attach an affidavit explaining how you are stranded and why you need emergency assistance.
Alter subject to passport number and name and request for emergency assistance from Indian community welfare fund.
Mention clearly in email how you came here and since when you are without job. And that you have no money left for food, accommodation, medical or legal needs and please provide emergency assistance from Indian community welfare fund. and application form for ICWF is attached.
Attach a statement listing your expenses explaining why you need the money you have requested. embassy cannot pay you pending salary. it can help you by paying you some money so that you stay alive to fight for your pending salary in labour court.
