Sir,

·        I was a voter with Voter ID LKP19999999. Recently, I have noticed that my name is no longer in the voters list. I would like to know all information on how my name was removed from the electoral roll.

Kindly provide me certified copy of all information especially,

·        1. How the government determined that I am not eligible to be a voter?

·        2. What were the safeguards taken to make sure the decision was not arbitrary and not misuse of official position as public servant?

·        3. Whether any notice was issued to me before striking off my name from electoral roll?

·        4. Copy of complete file including file notes regarding removal of my name from the electoral roll.

·        5. Name and designation of all officers involved in removing my name from the electoral roll.

 Note: Please provide the copy of requested information on a CD/DVD. If only hard copy can be provided, please provide certified copy
