The applicant undersigned is a citizen of India and request that the following information be furnished urgently Under Right to Information act , 2005

Please provide all information regarding implementation of  the directions which have been issued by the Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP (C) No.691/2009 and other connected matters under your jurisdiction in past 5 Years

1. number of dog pounds within your jurisdiction;

2. number of animal kennels/shelters. list of shelters and contact details and details of the person or NGO managing them 

3. the number of dog vans required for capture and transportation of street dogs in operation and contact details of the responsible person.

4. Number of trained dog catchers and their contact details. 

5. Number of ambulance cum clinical van as mobile centre/s for sterilisation and immunisation and their contact details. 

6. Number of  incinerators for disposal of carcasses and contact details of  responsible person

7.  list of  periodic repair done of animal/dog shelter or pound and expense for each

8. Census of street Dogs

9. url of the website displaying various statistics as directed by the court. 

10. list of of incidents of dog attacks/bites and compensation disbursed for each.
