ILLEGAL APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR IN ACHARYA HARIHAR POST GRADUATE INSTITUTE OF CANCER, CUTTACK.

Dear Chief Minister of Odisha,

Appointment of Dr. LALATENDU SARANGI as Director in AHPGIC, Cuttack is completely violating the Eligible Criteria as mentioned in Health & F.W. Dept. Of Odisha Letter No.14849/H Dtd. 17.05.2021. He is neither a Professor nor have any teaching experience.  Concerned Authorities must investigate the matter thoroughly & take appropriate actions in accordance with the laws & regulations against the Erring Members & Chairperson of the Selection Committee.

The Eligible Criteria mentioned in the advertisement issued by the Health & F.W. Dept. of Odisha in its Letter No.  1661/H&F.W. dtd. 21.01.2023 should be followed while appointing a new director for AHPGIC, Cuttack, to ensure that a competent & deserving person is selected for the post. It is important to ensure transparency in the selection process to maintain the public's trust in the State Government.
