3. b. copy of specification as per tender,  agreement , report of the supervisor, completion report, report of consultant etc regarding installation and maintenance of each cctv camera and related equipment

3.c officers responsible for maintenance and supervision of each camera and List of particulars of inspections conducted and issues identified  and reports filed regarding issues on each camera for past 6 months
