Complaint regarding Court building without adequate access for disabled

In this video, a disabled person had to be carried on shoulder by advocate for hearing on the second floor of Munsif Court, Ettumanoor, Kottayam.
Kindly investigate the matter and issue directions to move the public office to a disabled friendly building.
