APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT UNDER SECTION-12 13 AND 14 OF COTEMPT OF COURT ACT , 1971 READ WITH RULE 3 OF THE RULES TO REGULATE PROCEEDING FOR CONTEMPT OF THE SUPREME COURT , 1975 FOR INITIATING CONTEMPT PROCEDINGS .

PRAYER

In view of the above mentioned facts, it is respectfully submitted that this Hon'ble Authority may be pleased to provide consent for initiating criminal contempt  proceeding against the Respondent/Contemnor for willfully and deliberately scandalizing and lowering the authority of the Hon'ble Supreme Court by unfairly criticizing observations made by the court on 15.05.2020 in w.p (civil ) No {caseno} of {Year}
