hygiene situation

Dear East Coast Railway,

URGENT COMPLAINT REGARDING UNSANITARY CONDITIONS IN GENERAL COACH OF PURI- BARBIL EXP (TRAIN No: 18416).

I am currently a passenger, traveling in the General Coach. I regret to bring to your attention the deplorable condition of the toilet facilities in this coach.

The hygiene situation is extremely unsatisfactory, characterized by a pervasive and unpleasant odor. This not only poses an inconvenience to passengers but also raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the train.

I request the railway authorities to address this issue promptly and take the necessary measures to ensure that the sanitation facilities in the General Coach of Puri-Barbil Express are maintained at an acceptable standard.
