it should be treated as service of notice

When notice is returned as 'unclaimed' it should be treated as service of notice, tantamount to refusal to accept 'unclaimed' notice: Supreme Court

 The Supreme Court recently said that when a notice is returned as unclaimed, it will be considered as service of notice to the addressee.  The top court also clarified that the word 'denied' can be interpreted as synonymous with the word 'unclaimed'.
