difficulty faced in getting SLPs and writ petitions registered and listed for hearing

The Secretary General,
Supreme Court of India
New Delhi
Sir,
Sub: The difficulty faced by AORs, Advocates, clerks
and even party-in-persons in getting SLPs and writ
petitions registered and listed for hearingĀ  reg.
It has been brought to my notice by the members of the
SCBA, that they are facing some difficulty in getting SLPs
instituted where urgent orders are required, being numbered
and listed for hearing. I am made to understand, due to the
unfamiliarity of the officers of the registry of the newly
introduced system. The difficulty, I am told, is arising out of
the revamping of the filing system. I shall be grateful if you
could be kind enough to bestow your personal attention to
the difficulty faced for past few days by the lawyers and
clerks and even party-in-persons, and to make it possible the
listing of cases involving great urgency like dispossession
from property, bail and like matters.
With regards,
Yours sincerely,
