3.      After the  occurrence   of the crime, information  has to be  given immediately to the regional police station, this information can be oral or written.

5.       Based  on your information, the police    station in-charge or the  responsible police officer subordinate to  you  writes an  FIR based on your information   .

7.     After   writing the     FIR, the   case is   handed over to the  competent police  officer of the police station  for prosecution  action, which is  known as   police investigation.   The  arrest    is made and  produced before  the  court from where  the accused is sent to jail before  the concerned judicial magistrate after  completion of prosecution proceedings.  Invoice is  submitted

9.        After     receiving  the  challan, the   Judicial Magistrate passed a  commits order in the  case and forwards it  to the Sessions Court, if the   matter is  maintainable before the   Sessions Court  .   and if there   is  a  matter  before the Judicial  Magistrate then it shall be  forwarded before the  concerned Judicial Magistrate,  the  accused shall be charged as submitted by  the prosecution.   The statements of the  witnesses will be  recorded, the  lawyer of the accused will be given an opportunity  to cross-test,  the  accused will also be given  an opportunity to  be heard and the judge will be  tried till the  end.   I will give my verdict.

Even after making a complaint to the Superintendent of Police,  if an FIR is lodged.        If it  is not written, then  you have  to contact  the  experienced lawyer   known to you and  submit a  complaint  before the Judicial Magistrate  .   A complaint  will be  submitted under Section 200 of the Code  containing preliminary evidence to  support you and the  incident  under  Section 202 of  the Code of Criminal Procedure,  1973  .   The statement of the  witness will be   recorded, the case will be  registered,  summons and warranties will be  sent to  the accused, on  appearance, he     will have to get  bail if the  case is  serious.  The matter will be taken  through   the police  and further action will be taken by the  government advocate.
