Please provide all information regarding implementation of  the directions which have been issued by the Hon’ble Kerala High  Court in W.P(C)s. 5218/12,30266/12  and other connected matters under your jurisdiction in past 1 Years,  regarding action taken against unauthorised structures, hoardings, advertisement boards and displays

1. list of applications received to erect flex boards , hoardings etc and status of approval given and count approved, details of applicant and matter on board. 

2. list of officers responsible for inspection, inspections done and actions taken

3. list of hoardings/ flex boards removed, reasons for removal, details fines charged and actions taken

4.  list of complaints and accidents due to flex board / hoarding  and compensation disbursed for each and action taken . 

5. copy of Monthly reports submitted to district collector as per above order of high court.
