Please provide all information regarding  inspections/Tests in the past 3 months of water sources for public under your jurisdiction

1. Total how many water sources are  there? count and type of water sources like lakes, canals, rivers, ponds , wells etc. 

2. How many water sources were tested for quality of water.

3.How many water sources were certified as safe and how many are found to be unsafe

4. a. Types of impurities found and count of water sources where the impurities were found for each type of impurity

4. b. List of sources of contamination identified for each water source. 

4. c . list of violations detected  and information on action taken regarding them

5. How many water sources were treated and Types of treatments done to make the water source safe , list of treatment done for each water source

6. How many waste water treatment plants are operational  and how many are not operational and list of areas not being served by waster water treatment plants
