• Specific Relief Act, Section 39 Transfer of Property Act Section 105 Mandatory injunction Plaintiffs purchased the suit property from Appellants vide a registered sale deed and thus, were owners of the same - Possession of ground floor was retained by the present appellants as licensee, with the promise that they shall vacate the same within a period of 4/5 months, as they were looking for rented accommodation for their own - Appellants did not vacate the premises, the suit was promptly filed by respondents - No infirmity with the order passed by the first Appellate Court - Appeal dismissed.
