Hindu Marriage Act  Sections.13(1)(ia),13(1)(iii) Divorce Ground of cruelty and

unsoundness of mind Husband did not place any acceptable evidence to prove allegations of

cruelty - Husband neither examined expert doctor nor produced any documentary evidence to

prove that wife was suffering from unsoundness of mind - Wife in her evidence stated that she

is ready for any medical test but husband did not examined her by expert doctor - Allegation

;of unsoundness of mind by husband were unfounded vague and without any basis  Husband

had failed to prove ground of cruelty and unsoundness of mind to dissolve marriage between

parties - Husband not entitled to decree of divorce.
