Government servant under suspension.—When a Government servant is suspended, he is free to go wherever he likes; but he must give his address to the Head of his Office and if he is himself the Head of an Office, to his immediate superior. He must also give his address to the Officer, if and holdings an enquiry into his conduct. Rule 85 omitted by G.O.(Ms.) 352/68/PD. dated 28-11-1968. Pubished as S.R.O.
