Cash is King

My advise to anyone who wants to be an entrepreneur;

1. Always remember, cash is king.

2. Don't buy something that you can hire, because cash is king.

3. Physical assets are not really assets, they are liabilities that require regular cash flows.

4. No matter how successful you become, remember, cash is king and continue to hire what you think you are in a position to buy now that you are successful.

5. Ignoring this advise normally has grave consequences. Investments reduce your purchasing power as cash gets trapped in these investments.

6. Having cash (which is money in the bank) gives you tremendous purchasing power and respect. Vendors will fall over themselves to service your requirements because they know that their payments will come on time.

7. If you have any doubts, go back to point 1 and cement it into your organizations DNA that Cash is King, is, was and will always remain...
