The applicant undersigned is a citizen of India and request that the following information be furnished urgently Under Right to Information act , 2005

Kindly Refer to the website link below and Please use this link after prefix http: //anu-ksa.atspace.com/index.html and attached copy of the webpage of above link which claims to offer various courses from Riyadh Center of Annamlayi university.

Kindly provide the following information 

1) Whether such courses offered in Saudi Arabia in the name of Annamlayi University are approved and genuine.

2) Whether it is in the knowledge of UGC that Annamlayi University has opened his branch in abroad (Saudi Arabia).

3) Whether pursuing any course from this center will be valid in Saudi Arabia and can get three tier Attestation.

4) Whether degree obtained from Riyadh Centre is considered as a regular mode of education (Yes or No).

5) kindly provide copy of any approval or affiliation provided to riyadh center.
