 In the case Natubahi Somabhai Rohit and Others vs. State of Gujarat, the Gujarat High Court held that the allegations in the complaint must be specific and contain the material necessary to constitute an offense under Section 498A of the IPC.  Justice NV Anjaria was considering a criminal miscellaneous application.  Under Section 482 CrPC for quashing First Information Report in respect of Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506(2)
