Myself had worked in Maharashtra Seamless limited from March-92 to Dec-2003. www.jindal.com Myself should have received my superannuation money within 6 months from the date of leaving company i.e. by June-2004 but received money in March--2023 after making complaints to district labour officer Raigad Maharashtra, DSP Raigad Maharashtra, District collector Raigad Maharashtra, PMO--Prime minister office www.pgportal.gov.in , Income tax department New Delhi, CBI--Central Bureau of Investigation Nagpur Maharashtra, Lokpal New Delhi. They had NOT give service certificate or gratuity or superannuation to many employees. Myself can help ex-employees, workers in getting their rightful dues.
