Failure to undertake the assignments of Public Service Commission

[49B. Conduct of teaching staff and other Government servants.—The following lapses shall constitute improper conduct on the part of the teaching staff of the Government Institutions and other Government servants:- Failure to undertake the assignments of Public Service Commission such as setting of question papers, invigilation in Examination Halls, acceptance of Chief superintendentship for the examination, evaluation of answer papers, assisting the commission as experts in the framing of syllabus for tests or conducting the interviews and to discharge the duties arising therefrom.]
