Employment of near relatives of Government servants in private firms enjoying Government patronage.—No Government servant shall, except with the previous sanction of the Government, permit his son, daughter or dependent to accept employment with any private firm, with which he has official dealings, or with any other finn having official dealings with the Government provided that where the acceptance of the employment cannot await the prior permission of the Government or is otherwise considered urgent, the matter shall be reported to the Government and the employment may be accepted provisionally subject to the permission of the Government.
